I have been a Toluna member for about 4 years now. They are one of my favorite survey sites. There is never a shortage of surveys, I usually get at least 1-2 a day (but don't worry, they don't flood you with them!) and if I don't qualify for a survey, no worries! I can go to the site and take a quick poll for some points! I have been able to cash out many times...still waiting on that sweepstakes win though! There are also many opportunities to take on product tests featuring name brands...right now they're looking for people to review Maybelline makeup!
