I've ordered from thredUP quite a few times and have never had a problem with their condition. Everything looked brand new or close to it, and I've been able to score several new-with-tag outfits! They offer sizes in newborn all the way to 18 and have name brands such as Carter's, Old Navy, Justice, The Children's Place and many many more. There are lots of search functions so it's easy to find exactly what you're looking for.
