Scout by Bungalow Hang-10 Storage Bin Review

When I was asked if I would like to review a product from Scout Bungalow, I happily said yes. Even though I have heard many great things about their bags, I went for something a little more practical for my needs. As soon as I saw the Hang-10 Bin, I immediately had something in mind to use it for!

The Hang-10 Bin is a shelf and storage bin that can be used for a variety of purposes. A few examples would be filing papers, on a shelf for clothing, a place to put toys, book storage, etc. There are 6 fun designs to choose from. All bins feature a durable polywoven fabric which is water resistant and easy to clean and are 12.25in.(W) x10.5in.(H) x9in.(D).

REVIEW

My family and I are currently renting out my in-law's finished basement. You'd think we'd have a lot of storage space, but unfortunately, all we have is a 3-shelf shelf and a few cabinets. With a toddler running around now, we can't use the two bottom shelves because he just pulls everything off of it. So, we had to resort to storing stuff on top of an antique, broken stove. That "stuff" was my son's food, snacks and tableware. There was just nowhere else to put it! Our food was on the top shelf and the little cabinet space we have, was full.

The bin comes flat and it literally took about 10 seconds to put it together. I was surprised at how sturdy it was once. I liked the handles on each side. Even though I didn't really need to use them, it's a great feature for those who need to move it around often. After filling it all up, I had no worries that it was going to buckle under the weight; it is very durable.

I'm almost embarrassed by the before photo, but am very proud of the after photo! What a difference, right?! I was able to fit every single thing in bin and there's still a little room to spare.

Honestly, there is nothing "bad" I can say about this product. The Hang-10 Bin has a perfect 5/5 review score on the Scout site and it's easy to see why!
